I've been fascinated by technology and its potential to reshape society since I built my first computer from salvaged parts at age 15. As a lifelong tinkerer and self-proclaimed "techno-optimist with a healthy dose of skepticism," my writing explores the blurred lines between human and machine in near-future worlds.My cyberpunk stories often focus on scrappy outsiders and misfits who form unlikely alliances, finding connection and family in the shadows of looming megacorps.
When I'm not writing, you can find me haunting local junkyards for discarded tech to repurpose, or debating the finer points of industrial music over noodles at my favorite ramen shop.I live in Regina, Saskatchewan with an ever-growing collection of retro gadgets and a very patient cat named Captain Sudo. This world and its characters are as vibrant if not more so than the cover. I have never met such a charming group of misfits and I was rooting for Rat from page 1. I really, really hope we get to see more of this group's adventures in Neo-Athena, and I am so looking forward to seeing NeuroCorp get taken down a peg or two.

Junkyard Rat is a great take on a classic cyberpunk setting; dark and gritty, but brimming with hope for something better. A cast of dynamic characters rope you into a tight storyline that feels coherent and self-contained, while at the same time leaving room (and an appetite) for more!
